Driving Through Ravines

When you are out camping, travelling to or from your campsite, you very well might travel through some ravines. When there is a stream running at the base of the ravine, it is a good idea to be sure it is safe before you cross. Most of the time, a dangerous amount of water appears to be much less to the untrained or non-local eye. Check with local residents about safety issues where you plan on going -- especially ravines.
