Stress Releif

I can't wait until the weather warms up and I can get away to the mountains. I'd go camp in the snow if I was younger. There is the phyical distance between you and the city. But there also is the nature. Nevertheless it is not these things that releive your stress by themselves. The biggest factor in my opinion is the simple difference from your routine and your location.
So what to do if you are like me and don't want to camp in the snow? Still go somewhere different, for a night at least.
